Hi, Iām Kristin.
I believe that we are all stronger than we think and that the human capacity for change is unimaginable. I see people moving through life everyday with courage and I am reminded of why we put in the work to fight for the lives we envision for ourselves.
I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional and am passionate about working with moms who have experienced the unexpected; from fertility challenges and pregnancy loss to hyperemesis gravidarum and birth trauma. As a mom who has experienced the unexpected myself, I focus on creating a safe space to heal from these difficult experiences. My goal is to provide you tailored support for whatever stage of your reproductive journey you are in, from hope to grief, from birth to toddlerhood.
In addition to working with new mamas, I also specialize in working with individuals and couples adjusting to parental transitions, adults struggling with self-worth, grief and loss, trauma survivors, improving familial and intimate relationships, stress management and setting healthy boundaries.
If you want to learn more about how I can help you take your life vision and make it a reality, send me a message.
